Holiday Party Questions
How early should I book a holiday date?
Thanksgiving Thursday through the weekend, plus the weekdays around Black Friday, are some of our busiest delivery days. Booking two to three weeks ahead is the surest way to get the unit you want. For December and Christmas parties, we recommend booking your date as soon as possible so your family or group gets the day and bounce house you want.
Can we rent on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas?
Thanksgiving Day: often yes, depending on our route. Call early so we can pencil you in. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: yes, we deliver on both days! Pickup is usually the next day, weather permitting, at no extra charge.
Can you set up indoors, like a gym or church hall?
Yes. Our castles, including the Let It Snow Castle, can go indoors with at least 16 ft of ceiling clearance. Outdoors we set up on grass, artificial turf, concrete, asphalt or dirt, but not gravel or rocks. On hard surfaces we use sandbags, and that fee is added at checkout when you choose your surface.
Is it too cold to bounce in November and December?
Dry castles are ideal when it’s cool. Have kids wear socks and keep a hoodie nearby between rounds. We save water slides for warmer months.
How does the Christmas Banner work?
The $20 Christmas Banner fits most of our banner castles. Add the bounce house to your cart first, then pick the banner, and we put it up when we set up. The Let It Snow Castle already comes dressed with its own Let It Snow banner and 6 presents.
Can we book for a weekday company party?
Yes. We rent during the week with limited time slots, so please call us at (940) 350-5447 for details.
What if the weather turns bad?
There is no cancellation fee due to weather. Your deposit is used for your next event. We also pause play if the wind picks up.
Which towns do you deliver to?
We’re based in Denton and deliver to Argyle, Aubrey, Corinth, Cross Roads, Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Hickory Creek, Highland Village, Krugerville, Krum, Lake Dallas, Lantana, Lewisville, Little Elm, Northlake, Ponder, Sanger, Shady Shores and The Colony.
