Q.How long do we get to use the bounce house?
A.Standard rental is 6 hours. You will be allowed to extend your hours and the system will automatically calculate the price for the extra time.
Q.Do I need to give a deposit?
A.A 25% deposit is required. Full payment must be paid by delivery time.
Q.What types of payments are accepted?
A.We accept Cash or Credit. Checks are only excepted from Churches, Schools and Corporations. Sorry we no longer except personal checks.
Q.What time should I expect my bounce house?
A.We start our deliveries as early as 8am and we are normally done by 12pm (Sat and Sun). Although deliveries may be a little later, we will ALWAYS deliver before your party starts. We set a schedule and route on Friday.
Q.Do I need to rent a generator with the bounce house or water slide?
A.You only need to rent a generator if you event is at a location like a park or other location without a power source.
Q.What happens if it rains on the day of our event?
A.There is NO cancelation fee due to weather. You will be given a rain check so your deposit can be used for your next event. However, if you decide you want to take a chance on a cloudy day, FULL payment will be due if it does rain. If you would like a refund, there is a 10% to cover the credit card processing fee.
